It was bound to happen...

Lately I've been worried about getting locked out of my house by my 2 1/2 year old. Several times I was on the patio and she locked the door and I would have been stuck if Russ hadn't been there to open it for me as she could lock doors but not unlock them. Well it finally happened. Yesterday we were all out on the deck when Taylor decided to go inside. We didn't think anything of it until we saw her lock the patio door and walk away. We then realized all the other house doors were locked as well. So here we are standing at the door yelling for her to come back and let us in. Either she didn't hear us or was choosing not to hear us but either way, she wouldn't come back to the door. If any of our neighbours saw us they would have been laughing I'm sure. We were peering in the windows but couldn't see her anywhere. Eventually Russ went around to the front and rang the doorbell and then she came to that door and unlocked it for him. We're lucky she was able to undo the deadbolt as she only recently figured that one out. If not for that we would have had to figure out a way to break into our own house! Crazy kid.
