Baking Frenzy...

I'm not normally one for posting pictures of food I make but thought I'd make an exception. This Saturday Andrea and I went on a baking frenzy...a rhubarb baking frenzy. As I had a tonne of rhubarb in the back yard we decided to try out a few new recipes using rhubarb as our key ingrediet. We picked so much rhubarb that we had to just keep baking and eventually ended up freezing a bunch. We started with an Almond Rhubarb Coffe Cake, moved on to Rhubarb Cookies, and finished off with Rhubarb Pecan Muffins. It all turned out quite scrumptious. Luckily my mom and aunt were out visiting this weekend so we had some help with eating all this food!
