Spring has Sprung!
What a lovely day we're having today! So exciting to wake up this morning to sunshine! It definitely feels like quite some time since we've been able to stay dry outdoors. We've seen the signs of spring as the trees are getting leaves, flowers are blooming and the cherry blossoms are coming out, but this sunshine today finally made it feel like spring. We took advantage of this fabulous day by taking Taylor to the park and going for a nice long walk. It's fun to see Taylor playing on the playground now...so different from last year! We also spent some time in the backyard and Taylor got to learn how to water the flowers with her new watering can. Thank God for beautiful days!

Wow! I must tell you how jealous we are of that! We are still under several feet of snow here. I really think at this point I could handle months of rain just to get rid of this snow.

How fun is that! I'm looking forward to getting into the dirt and seeing the green of spring! Some days we get just a hint of it and then there are days like today - 6" of fresh slushy snow.
Love Taylor's pigtails - so cute. Can't believe the little skort only fits now - must have been marked with the wrong size. Glad she'll get some use out of it this summer!
