We're Back!

Well...we've returned from our holiday in Saskatchewan! We had a great time! So good to see family and friends and relax. Friends of ours were getting married and Russ was in the wedding party so that was our reason for going. Seeing as we were there already, we decided to stay a while. The first half of our week was spent at a cabin at Waskesiu with Russ' family. We spent much time relaxing at the beach and played several games of lawn bowling. One day the waves were huge on the lake...you'd have thought we were at the ocean! We took out our dingys and road the waves...so fun! Unfortunately, we took absolutely no pictures of our time at Waskesiu or at the wedding Russ was in. Russ' mom took plenty so I'm hoping she'll send me some and I'll post them on the blog later. The second half of our week was spent at a cabin at Emma Lake with my family. Once again, the majority of our time was spent relaxing. It was wonderful! We also got to meet our new niece Libby...what a sweetheart she is! For this part of our holiday we actually remembered to take out the camera so the following posts contain several photos of our time at the lake. Enjoy!
